Grenada Solar PV Only or Solar PV + BESS IPP – Early Market Engagement

As the Government of Grenada (GoG) strives to achieve national renewable energy targets, the
Public Utilities Regulatory Commission (PURC), in its capacity as the procuring entity has
engaged Rocky Mountain Institute (RMI) to assist with developing, procuring, and implementing
large ground-mount solar PV with battery storage installations at the Maurice Bishop
International Airport (MBIA), Point Salines, Grenada.
