Najay Parke is a qualified Economist with experience as a Macroeconomic Policy Analyst. She has received a wide range of International Monetary Fund (IMF) training to enhance her professional craft including macroeconomic diagnostics, macroeconomic management and regulation in resource rich economies, and macroeconometric forecasting and analysis. As the Regulatory Economist, Ms. Parke performs economic analysis regarding electricity tariff rates, ensuring fair and reasonable rates for customers and reasonable returns for the utility. Ms. Parke holds a BSc (Special) and an MSc degree in Economics from the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine Campus.
