EMPOWERING GRENADA’S RENEWABLE FUTURE: SECOND SMALL-SCALE INDEPENDENT POWER PRODUCERS PROGRAM LAUNCHED

The Public Utilities Regulatory Commission (PURC) is thrilled to announce the launch of a new program for Small Scale Independent Power Producer (SSIPP). This latest call comes on the heels of the finalisation of the pilot program initiated in 2021 where nine (9) local individuals will receive their licenses to operate
solar photovoltaic (PV) facilities, generating electricity for sale to GRENLEC.
