Mr. Fitzroy James is a private consultant with a Master of Philosophy (M Phil) in Crop Science. His expertise includes the areas of Public and Private Sector Investment Financing and Resource Mobilization; Climate Change and Environment; Sustainable Development; Business Planning & Management; Project Preparation, Food and Nutrition Security Policies and Plans; Agricultural Policies, Economic Growth Strategies; Regional Development; and Agricultural Commodity Trading.
Every one of his works is covered with a mantle of sacredness, through which he demonstrates the importance of architecture as a means of expression of human memory. In 1998, he founded his own firm, Terris and Jaye, which grew into one of the nation’s largest political consulting firms.
